HOW IT WORKS
A clear operating rhythm. Every day.
Knowledge lives in the platform. Work moves through one shared board. Your engineers and ours stay connected without your team carrying the full operational burden.
01 / SHARED CONTEXT
Know what changed.
Understand why.
Infrastructure knowledge should stay with the environment. Deployments, changes, and support activity form a durable operating record your team can return to.

02 / SHARED WORK
One request.
A visible way forward.
Requests move from triage to completion with the context and ownership needed to keep work progressing. The operating record and service desk work together.
03 / YOUR ENVIRONMENT
The whole picture.
Before the next change.
Applications, databases, storage, and supporting services sit in one architecture view. Your team and ours can see the environment behind a request before deciding what needs to change.

04 / REPEATABLE DELIVERY
Make the change.
Follow it through.
Engineers configure the target environment and follow infrastructure delivery through the platform. This AWS deployment shows an application, backend, and database being created in development, with progress recorded alongside the architecture.
05 / CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
AI helps analyse.
Engineers decide.
AI-assisted recommendations sit alongside the architecture they relate to. Engineers assess capacity, security, and configuration changes, weigh the trade-offs, and agree what belongs in the delivery plan.

06 / THE WORKING RHYTHM
From request to outcome.
- 01
Capture the request
Bring the change, issue, or improvement into the shared service desk, with the context needed to understand it.
- 02
Triage and agree
We assess impact, clarify the desired outcome, and agree the priority and next steps.
- 03
Deliver with context
Engineers use the platform and established workflows to make changes with appropriate review, testing, and recovery planning.
- 04
Close the loop
Record the outcome and keep the decision history available. Your next request starts from what we already know.
The details that matter.
How we get started01What does StationOps take responsibility for?
We manage the agreed cloud environment, delivery workflows, reliability, security, and cost practices. The implementation plan makes responsibilities explicit; your package defines the engineering involvement and support available.
02Does the infrastructure stay in our cloud account?
Yes. Your infrastructure stays in your cloud account. We agree the access needed to operate it, and keep work, decisions, and changes visible to your team.
03Do you support our existing engineering team?
Yes. StationOps works alongside your engineers. The platform provides a shared operating record and service desk, while senior cloud engineers own the agreed operational work.
04Are cloud provider charges included?
Cloud usage is billed separately by your provider. Your StationOps subscription covers the platform, delivery, and support included in your package. One-time implementation fees are shown alongside each package.
05How does implementation work?
We align on context and ownership, design the target environment, deliver and test the agreed changes, then transition into ongoing operations. Timing depends on your starting point, dependencies, and scope.
06Can you support security and compliance requirements?
We help operate controls, collect evidence, and track remediation. Your requirements and environment determine the scope. Compliance support does not itself certify your organisation.
