Is the audit really free?
Yes, for qualified fintechs. We start with a 15-minute introductory call to confirm fit, then agree the audit separately. We offer up to ten free readiness audits each month. Any remediation, deployment or ongoing cloud management is scoped and priced separately.
Do we need a customer questionnaire already?
No. If you have one, it helps us understand exactly what your customer wants to see. If you don’t, we can discuss your plans and agree which customer requirements and relevant ISO 27001 or SOC 2 cloud controls to assess.
Which clouds can you assess?
We work with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. We agree the assessment scope around your existing cloud environment and the requirements relevant to your customer.
What if we don’t have cloud infrastructure yet?
The audit assesses an existing cloud environment. You can still book an introductory call to discuss your first production deployment and what your customers will need. We’ll help establish whether an audit or deployment planning is the appropriate next step.
How long does the audit take?
We agree the timing after the introductory call, based on the environment, requirements and information needed. The 15-minute call is the starting point; the audit itself happens separately.
Does this provide ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification?
The audit is a cloud readiness assessment against agreed customer requirements and relevant controls. It does not provide formal certification or attestation. Organisation-wide compliance also depends on your people, policies and processes.
