Deploying to the cloud is difficult

It's expensive, time-consuming, and often leaves developers in the dark about what’s actually deployed. Without cloud engineering expertise, teams face uncertainty and delays, making scaling a frustrating and risky process. StationOps acts as your in-house platform/infrastructure team, delivering clarity and confidence for every deployment.
Lightning-fast
StationOps can deploy your application into your AWS account in minutes.
Cost-effective
Far less expensive than outsourcing or hiring a cloud engineer.
Best Practices
Have the peace-of-mind that AWS best practices are always being observed.

StationOps vs Heroku

While Heroku simplifies full-stack deployment with its container-based approach, it abstracts away the underlying AWS infrastructure, limiting control and transparency. StationOps gives you direct AWS control without sacrificing ease-of-use.

Transparent Pricing

Avoid the opaque dyno-based pricing model of Heroku. With StationOps, you pay a flat fee plus direct AWS resource costs—no hidden charges.
StationOps
Flat fee + direct AWS resource pricing for predictable costs.
Heroku
Dyno-based pricing that can lead to unpredictable costs at scale.

Full-Stack Deployment

Deploy your entire application—frontends, backends, and databases—with granular control. While Heroku supports full-stack apps, it abstracts many operational details.
StationOps
Seamlessly deploy and manage all layers on AWS.
Heroku
Simplifies full-stack deployment but hides underlying infrastructure complexities.

Complete AWS Control

Retain full access to your AWS services. Unlike Heroku—which manages AWS resources behind the scenes—StationOps offers full transparency and control.
StationOps
Direct access to AWS services (ECS, RDS, Lambda, SQS, etc.) for full customization.
Heroku
Limited control; infrastructure is abstracted away for simplicity.

Unified Dashboard

Get a comprehensive view of your infrastructure. Heroku provides a user-friendly dashboard, but StationOps combines that with detailed AWS insights.
StationOps
View all services, databases, and environments with complete transparency.
Heroku
Dashboard focuses on app metrics, with limited insight into AWS resource utilization.

Built from Experience

Our team has hands-on experience at companies like Workday, DraftKings, and several dynamic startups. This practical background gives us clear insights into cloud management and the challenges developers face.
In our previous roles we found dealing with the cloud difficult and time consuming, we wanted to spend our time coding but found ourselves spending days wrangling with different cloud issues!
At StationOps, we built our platform for developers. Our tool streamlines deploying reliable, high-quality cloud infrastructure so you can quickly set up your environment and focus on building great products.
